Ruby Ribbons™ steely blue-green upright foliage is splashed with burgundy that becomes even more prominent in late summer and fall. This stunning color is enhanced by delicate, small red flower plumes that float above the foliage. Perfect for grouping in sun and ideal for attracting birds.
