Physostegia virginiana 'Vivid'

'Vivid' is a compact selection with strong upright stems that won’t need staking. Flower spikes have a rich pink color and attract butterflies and hummingbirds. It also makes a wonderful fresh cut flower. The snapdragon-like flowers bloom for an extended time in summer and early fall. It will tolerate wet soil and may be used in a rain garden.
